How much does LED screen rental cost in Abu Dhabi or Dubai?
It depends on screen size, pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor, and how many days. Send us your date, venue and rough screen size on WhatsApp and we'll send a tailored, no-obligation quote, usually within hours.
What LED screens do you have?
Indoor LED panels from P2 to P4 for conferences, ballrooms and close viewing, and outdoor LED walls from P4 to P6 for open-air events. Screens are built to the size your venue and audience need, including multi-screen layouts.
Are setup, operation and teardown included?
Yes. Every rental includes delivery, rigging, video processing, a live operator for the whole event and full teardown afterwards.
Do you cover Dubai and the rest of the UAE?
Yes. We're based in Abu Dhabi and deliver across Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and all major UAE venues.
Can you handle sound and lighting at the same event?
Absolutely. Most of our clients book screens, sound and lighting together as one coordinated production. One team, one quote, nothing to coordinate between suppliers.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially for the October to March season and National Day, when kit books out fast. Short-notice event? Message us anyway. If crew and screens are free, we'll make it happen.
