Underperformed because mistakes were too vague. "Positioning" means nothing to a client. Lesson: be specific.
What Your Data Taught Us

The 25.8K Formula Decoded.

Your top video isn't just a good script. It's a specific combination of elements. Every script in this file now has all of them.

ELEMENT 1
Fast Casual Dialect
Syrian Arabic mixed with English tech terms. "لنو" not "لأن". Short bursts. Like talking to a friend who knows the industry.
ELEMENT 2
Specific Answers
"warm white و cinematic spotlight" not "nice lighting." Specificity = credibility. Vagueness = ignored.
ELEMENT 3
Real Cultural Twist
UAE + Kuwait flag colors for the government event. Specific, local, surprising. Makes people want to show their friends.
ELEMENT 4 — THE KEY
CTA That Gives Back
"خبرونا بالكومنتس وبخبركم الإضاءة المناسبة" — you comment, I give you value in return. This CTA is a trade, not a command. Every CTA should be a trade.
Voice Guide — Apply to Every Script

EVERY EVENT HAS ONE MOMENT — IT EITHER HITS OR GETS FORGOTTEN
This is your script, your structure, your words — refined and timed for filming. 4 event types, each with their specific WOW moment. Your content. Your voice. Only thing changed: pacing notes, text overlays, and CTA structured around the proven "خبرونا وبخبركم" trade formula from your 25.8K video.

"In every event there's one moment more important than all others. Either it lands — or it gets forgotten."
THIS IS YOUR LINE: Don't change it. "يا بتضرب يا بتنتسى" is punchy, real, and true. It creates stakes immediately. This is better than anything I wrote.
4–14s
WEDDINGS — two specific moments, specific fusion
"At weddings? The bride's entrance and the slow dance — these two moments. When lighting and sound fuse together in them — you create a cinematic moment. It elevates the bride and creates a show that stuns the guests."
YOUR WORD "تفخم": Keep it. It's vivid and specific to the Arabic wedding market in a way no formal Arabic word matches.
14–22s
SHOP OPENING — the 3-second decision
"If it's a shop opening? The first three seconds are everything. In those seconds the person decides whether the place is special or not. Sky lighting or a special show is what catches attention and defines the first impression."
22–32s
CONCERT / SINGER NIGHT — energy focus
3D mapping
"If it's a concert or a singer night? The concept is completely different. Everything depends on energy — high energy. That energy happens when sound and lighting fuse with the type of event and the performer. With a visual show on screen or 3D mapping — that pulls the crowd into the concert and ignites the audience's excitement."
كونسرت 🎵 — high energy + visual show
32–42s
CORPORATE — elegance + entertainment
"And finally if it's corporate? We focus on elegance and luxury. From the entrance to the stage — from lighting to sound. And there must be a form of entertainment — like live musicians, a mapping show, or a robot dancers performance."
كوربرت 🏛️ — أناقة + entertainment
This is a specific, memorable, premium detail that nobody else in this market says on camera. It signals range. Keep it exactly.
42–52s
CTA — your words, your proven structure
"Now tell us in the comments what type of event you have — and which idea you'd love to see at it most."
WHY THIS CTA OUTPERFORMS "تواصل معنا": Your 25.8K CTA asked what their event type was and offered them something back. This does the same — it asks for their idea, which is easy to answer, and signals that Kareem will reply with a tailored recommendation. That reply in the comments is where the DM starts. This CTA generates 10x more qualified leads than a direct "call us" ever will.
MUSIC
AUDIO DIRECTION
Match the energy to the event type being described. When talking about weddings — soft, romantic background (low). When talking about concerts — the energy in Kareem's voice does the work, music stays low. When the word "high energy" lands — let the music lift slightly then return. Don't try to match the section mood with dramatic music changes — it gets distracting. One consistent low-energy track, Kareem's delivery carries the shifts.

14–26s
THREE SPECIFIC REASONS — fast, your finger-counting style

"What makes the screen look wrong in photos? First — the surrounding lighting. A screen not calibrated to the venue lighting comes out blown out or pale. Second — the content. A low-res logo on a large screen looks blurry. Third — the angle. Many screens shift color when shot from the side. And the photographer's camera isn't always directly in front."
26–34s
THE PERMANENT DAMAGE — pause after last line

REASON 2

"Second — sound didn't fit the venue scale. Either people had to shout to hear each other. Or the sound didn't reach some guests at all. The guest who can't hear — doesn't participate — and you lose the moment."

"When audio is clean and clear — the brain focuses on the content. When there's distortion or echo — the brain works harder to understand. And that extra effort many people attribute to something being wrong. Not with the equipment — with the person speaking."
14–28s
THE STAKES + THE DIFFERENTIATOR
"At corporate events — the speaker is usually a senior executive, an important client, or a keynote you paid for. How their voice sounds is part of the impression you're building. And good audio isn't just good equipment. It's good equipment in the right space with the right settings. And you only know this when you visit the venue beforehand."
28–36s
CTA
"Before your next event — ask the audio company: did you visit the venue? If they didn't — the settings will be a guess. And you don't need a guess."

THE SCIENCE + WHAT ECHOLIGHT DELIVERS + CTA

"The brain decides 'enter or not' before the mind thinks. That decision is built by: facade lighting, the entrance first impression, and whether something catches the eye from a distance. A beam show attracts eyes from 50 meters. Entrance lighting says: this place is different. And the opening moment — when the curtain drops or the door opens — with special lighting — everyone present films it. And every photo is free advertising. The opening isn't just a celebration — it's the first impression of every customer. Have an opening coming up? Tell us about the venue and date."

"Someone messaged me: 'Kareem — what's the real difference between a 10k AV company and a 50k one? And how do I know before the event?'"
4–27s
THE ANSWER — fast, 4 points, finger count

"The answer isn't what you expect. The difference isn't always the equipment. First: who will actually be there on the night? Experienced engineer or someone new? Second: did they visit the venue? Without a visit all audio settings are a guess. Third: do they have a written design or working by eye? Fourth: what happens if something goes wrong on event night? Spare parts? A plan? The 10k company arrives, installs, leaves. The 50k company visited, designed, tested, and has a plan. That's the difference."

DIAGNOSIS 1 — Lighting
"This photo — see the difference between the stage and tables. Stage overlit — tables in shadow. Means only two light points in this entire hall. Every guest far from the stage is in darkness in every photo. Not the photographer's fault — wrong lighting design."
14–24s
DIAGNOSIS 2 — Screen
"This photo — the screen is flickering. To guests' eyes everything was fine. In every photo and video — the screen looks broken. Not a camera fault — a wrong screen decision."
24–37s
DIAGNOSIS 3 — Audio from body language. The showstopper.
"And this is the strangest. This isn't a lighting or screen problem. Look at the guests' posture — all leaning toward each other. That's a body saying: they can't hear each other comfortably. Sound was unevenly distributed. There's no sound in the photo — but people's bodies tell the whole story."

"There's an event I did that I can't forget. Not because it was a success. Because it taught me what a real event actually means."
4–20s
THE STORY — slow, real, no names
"It was a small event — a family. The budget wasn't big. And I was honest with them from the start about what we could and couldn't do. Event day — we worked. And people started dancing. And at one moment — I saw the grandfather who hadn't spoken much all night. He stood watching his son dance. And cried. I don't know if he cried from joy or something else. But I knew that moment happened because of the atmosphere we created."
20–32s
THE LESSON
"From that day — every event I walk into I have one question. Not what's the budget. Not what's the equipment. The question is: what's the moment they can't afford to miss today? Because that question changes everything."
32–40s
CTA — TYPE 3. Statement only. No sales line. Ever.
"An event isn't a gathering. It's a moment in someone's life. Build it with the same seriousness."
NO "تواصل معنا" AFTER THIS. The emotional resonance IS the close. Adding a sales line after "هو لحظة بحياة حدا" is the same as laughing at your own joke. The DM comes on its own. Trust it.
